Site Servicing
Draycor’s fleet of trucks and excavation equipment, along with our experienced pipe crews allow us to specialize in site servicing projects. We bid on all aspects of sub-division construction as either a general contractor or sub-contractor, and have successfully completed hundreds of these projects on Vancouver Island.
Our scope of work when engaged in sub-development work includes excavation, backfill, compaction, site grading, sanitary sewer, storm water management, site drainage, water servicing, hydro, telephone and communications trenching along with site concrete and paving preparations, and base material installations.
Municipal Infrastructure
Draycor has developed construction experience across many disciplines and is able to accomplish a diverse range of infrastructure projects.
