A modular home is built in a dry controlled factory allowing us to build year round no matter what the weather conditions are.

Modular homes are built to withstand relocating therefore it is more structurally sound than most traditionally built homes.

This process of building allows for a faster turn around time, we can have two teams building your home at the same time.

Modular Homes are a more cost effective way of building due to many controlled elements, bulk buying, and a more productive building process.

   Process of buying your Modular Home

First you will select one of our beautifully designed floor plans, with or without a basement, that will best suite you and your family.   From there, we will work closely with you to select your interior and exterior colour schemes, at this point you may also choose to add some custom features from a wide variety of options to add that special touch. Your order is then sent to an Engineer to be reviewed for structural integrity and given the go ahead to build.   This is when we turn your dreams into reality and start building your new home in our factory, while another team works on preparing your lot for the landing of your home. Once the modular unit is about 60% complete we transport it on a flat bed truck in sections and crane it onto the foundation. We will then attach the modular to the foundation and connect the electrical and plumbing.  Everything is attached and secured into place and is time to put all your finishing touches on your home.  We complete the interior with cabinets, flooring, trim work and paint and your exterior is roofed, sided and painted as per your specifications determined when your home was first ordered. Once your house is complete, usually 6-8 weeks after we start building in the factory, you are ready to move in and call this beautifully crafted modular 'home'
