One of Draycor Construction Ltd's comprehensive services to clients is Land Development.   We have the ability to provide a turn key operation of raw land development, beginning with re-zoning, permitting, design and coordination of the development of a bare piece of property.  We will provide all the consulting services required to prepare for the construction phase of your project.  When developing land there are many rules and regulations that must be followed.  Draycor has been building with the municipalities on the South Island for many years and has experience with almost every one of them, as each municipality has differences in how they operate we can provide clarity in the most complex situations.
