Civil Projects

Being that Draycor owns its own excavation equipment, trucks and has pipe layers on staff, we also have the ability to not only do Civil Site Servicing and Excavation work for project which we are the general contractor, we also will bid on Civil and Excavation scopes of work for other General Contractors on the South Island. 

We have successfully completed hundreds of projects under this model and our Civil & Excavation contracts still comprises a large component of our yearly work. Our scope of work when engaged in Civil & Excavation contracts include excavation, backfill, compaction, site grading, sanitary sewer, storm water management, site drainage, site water, hydro/telephone/communications trenching along with site concrete and site paving preparations and base material installations.
